Brandyn told the kids that since it is mother day, he was taking money out of their piggy banks to buy me something. All were ok with it but Adisyn. She freaked out and said no way. I am saving up for a big purple monkey. I said, "I am worth it right?" Adisyn yells, "Not before I get my monkey!"
The kids asked me what I wanted for mothers day. I replied, "just one day with NO fighting!" Ashlyn comments back, "Like that's going to happen!"
not five minutes later...Adisyn opened her big mouth and started yelling. I said, "Its mothers day!" She yells back, "I don't care!" I sure am loved!
Adisyn was talking to me in bed before church. I told her how excited I was to hear her sing to me. She was upset and said, " I am not singing!" I said why not? She responded, "Ashlyn has the voice of angel and I don't!" REALLY!!!! who says that! I had to walk out of the room before I laughed really hard.
This Mothers Day was a big deal to me, because all my kids are in primary. I love it when they sing to me. Karsyn was all excited to sing to me and blow me a kiss. Once it was time to go up and sing he went to the stairs and ran back and jumped into Brandyn's arms and said NO WAY! Brandyn some how convinced him to do it and he did.
I know I am not suppose to tape in church, but I make my own rules when it comes to stuff like this. It was priceless.
