If you ever want to go to Leavenworth the nicest place to stay is the post hotel. We like Fair Bridge Inn, but it is a little of a walk if you go back and forth to town. The nice thing about the place we stayed is that it has free parking if you stay there. A lot of places you have to pay 20.00 a day.
