It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

went and ate lunch with the kiddos

First time snowing since we have been here! 

Karsyn and Tanner went and spent time with the Judge to check out the court house! 

I asked what his favorite thing was and he said, " I hit the gavel and said Order in the court house!" 

Happy Thanksgiving

This year for Thanksgiving we went to Mom and Alan's house 

relaxing and watching football or just texting Merlin

went and saw the Grinch movie it was really cute! 

On our way home we stopped to look at the gorgeous mountains

snow all over the roads 

we stopped a couple times to have snow ball fights

Washington DC Christmas tree

The national capital Christmas tree was cut from Sweet Home Oregon. So on its way to DC it stopped in Baker. We decided we couldn't miss it, so we went. It was pretty chilly. 

The kids all got stickers 

signed their names on the banner on the semi truck. 

Santa made an appearance 

and so did Smokey the bear 

They decorated sugar cookies as well 

The kids will be excited when they see the tree on television at the white house.
