quick trip

The kids participated in a reading log at their school and received free Silverwood tickets. We promised them if they did we would go. That was before we knew we were moving. A promise is a promise. Since our summer has been really busy this was the only time we could go before school started. We drove past B's dads grave so we stopped to visit. I think this was K's first time seeing it.

Diving 7 hours with kids is NOT fun! good thing we went a few hours and stayed with B's mom to break up the trip. Littlest one stayed with grandma and we took the older three. We left late Wednesday and got to Grandmas late. Then we woke up early and drove up to Silverwood stayed till 9:30pm drove back to Grandma's and woke up early Friday because Brandyn got a call to go on a fire. We drove home and Brandyn had to get his fire gear and truck and drive all the way back up where we were. Sucks to be him! We didn't get very much sleep in three days. I don't know how he did it.

what a poser.

waiting for magic show to start. We have been the last three years and have never made it to a show. We wanted to this time. We were glad we did. Loved it!

Kadyn was finally tall enough to go on all the rides. Last year he got out of it because he was too short. He refused for a while and finally got his big boy pants on and came with me.

I thought this ride was awesome.

I like this ride the best and Kadyn went on twice with me.

Adisyn is funny! She will kill any bug, pick up snakes but doesn't like rides. I finally convinced her to go on a roller coaster and she was so proud of herself. She kept saying, "Aren't you so proud of me!" After the 3oth time I think I regretted having her go on it. I looked back and her eyes were closed, clinching onto Brandyn's arm so tight! Brandyn went to go sit down with Adisyn and Kadyn while Ashlyn and me stood in line to go on another ride. A kid with a monkey walked by and she yelled, "Dad I deserve that monkey I went on a scary ride!" A lady heard her and said, "Yes you do! I saw you go on it and we pointed it out to our daughter so she would go on it and she wouldn't." Adisyn said," See Dad I told you I deserve it!" B and the lady started laughing!

Friday morning before we left to go home his mom and sister gave him a sandwich hug! He didn't like it

on the way home!
