Funeral

Today was the day. I have been dreading this day since I found out my grandpa passed away. I love to see everyone, but I know it will be a long time till I see him again. I HATE when the casket closes, because then it is real. That is when the tears start flowing, and I can't stop. Today was a cold day, but the sun was shining. My grandpa was surrounded by a lot of people who loved him. Aunt Janice did a great job on his life. I heard stories that made me laugh and I had never heard before. I am glad he is in heaven reunited with his loved ones.

My dear Grandpa

My dear Grandpa passed away Wednesday. I knew this day would come, but not as soon as it did. I am sad to see him go, but I am glad I had 33 years with him. I know the past few years have been rough on him and his quality of life was miserable. But I know heaven received another angel and he isn't in any more pain. I had the best memories with him and my grandma. I lived for the summer and Thanksgiving growing up, because I knew I would see them. I loved to help my grandpa in the yard and the with the garden. I remember every night when it cooled off my grandpa and I would sit outside on lawn chairs and eat homemade ice-cream. Then we would come in and watch the news and wheel of fortune. I loved going to his work and visiting with him. My grandpa was a very quiet man who didn't say much unless you asked him questions. I remember him sitting in his chair next to the phone. He was the one who would always answer it. He always had the paper in his hands reading. I remember one time in my whole life when he raised his voice and I knew I was in trouble.  I was giving his kittens a bath in the kid pool, I think he thought I was drowning them and for some reason that time stuck with me. I also remember that grandma was worried about his health and limited his "sugar" so when grandma wasn't looking he would sneak a piece or I would hide one in my pocket and sneak it to him. I sure am going to miss going to the house and seeing him and my grandma it just won't be the same without them.

Without the help of Luan I wouldn't have been able to go visit my sister. She did a great job. Came home to a clean house, house vacuumed, dishes done, laundry done, dinner cooking, and happy kids.  What more could you ask for? and delt with Karsyn pooping his pants every night:(

Visit with my friend

I was able to go visit with my good friend, I have known her a very long time. I met her daughter for the first time. Isn't she so cute!

Trip to Minnesota

We went to go visit my beautiful sister Kimberly and wonderful Brother in Law MER! Brandyn loves to go on walking escalators. We have races to who go faster. and of course I always win!

We went to this strip club and it was Awesome. They had great food!

We ate some delicious doughnuts, went shopping,  ate a lot of good food, and watched a few movies.

We went to a NHL game. It was awesome! B and I love hockey, I think it made B's year.

Having a great time. I miss her already. She is such a great person.

Southwest was interesting.

We had a long layover and we had nothing to do so we wondered at the airport to find these carts and put them back. Brandyn thought I was crazy for doing it, but it gave us something to do.

We had a great time and wished we stayed longer but it was time to go back home.
